Do you just use scissors or a paper cutter (like from the art class in school) or do any of you get all professional about it and use a guided stack cutter?
Trying to decide which is best, not just for bootlegs, but I make my own CDs as well.
how do you cut out covers from the paper?

I use scissors, but I hate doing it that way and have been planning on buying one of those paper cutters like are used in art classes. That gives a much cleaner, straighter cut, but they can also be a little on the expensive side, which is why I haven't bothered to waste the money on one yet.
