I don't think there's art for that, but before saying that maybe you could provide us with more info about it. Such as, what exactly is this, the date, and stuff like that.

The "Garage Inc Press Kit" was released in video format as the B-side to the Australian versions of the Whiskey in the Jar single.
It's basically a bunch of interviews with the band about the making of Garage Inc. I doubt the actual date is known.
