ATTENTION!
All covers must be .jpg files with the date in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD
Characters that are not allowed in filenames: commas, periods, spaces.

The generic formula for a filename looks like this:
YYYY-MM-DD_CityCountry_#cover.jpg

No underscore is needed between the city and state/country. You must substitute the state in place of the country when naming a covers for shows in the United States (ex. SanFranciscoCA instead of SanFranciscoUSA). This is because there are many cities in the United States that have the same names but are in different states.

For example, a cover for 11 June 2003 Paris, France would be named like this:
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_1front.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_2inlay.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_3back.jpg

The numbers before front, inlay, and back indicate in what order the cover art appears in the gallery. This should change depending on how many parts of a cover you make. For example, if you make a booklet, two discs, and a back the filenames would look like this:
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_1booklet.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_2cd1.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_3cd2.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_4back.jpg

DVD/VCD covers are easily named in the following way:
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_1DVD.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_2DVD1.jpg (This would be the stomp for disc #1)
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_3DVD2.jpg (This would be the stomp for disc #2)
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_VCD_1front.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_VCD_2cd.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_VCD_3back.jpg

If you know the cover you're uploading is an alternate one, please change the end of the filename to resemble this:
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_altA1front.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_altA2back.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_altB1front.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_altB2inlay.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_altB3back.jpg

If you are uploading DVD menus, the video format (PAL or NTSC) must also be included in the filename and cover parts are indicated by the following: main, chapters, credits, blank, audio [this is the audio selection menu for multi-audio DVDs].
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_PAL_1main.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_PAL_2chapters.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_PAL_3audio.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_PAL_4credits.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_PAL_5blank
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_NTSC_1main.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_NTSC_2chapters.jpg
2003-06-11_ParisFrance_NTSC_3credits.jpg

If you make cover artwork, please be sure to name your files using this method and in .jpg format. If the cover is not in .jpg format the gallery cannot make thumbnail images, and if the file is not named correctly the search page will not be able to display all cover artwork for that date.
