ok, im FINALLY embarking on mixing a 2006 show of metallica!!! been looking forward to doing one for a long time now, and finally as i have gotten the 2nd full source of this show, its worth doing

i say 4 or 5 cams, as i have 4 cams already, but have another incomplete one on its way to me (hopefully)

it will be PAL
2dvds
i need MAINS
SONG SELECT
AUDIO SELECT
CREDITS
2 different BLANKS

it will be cool if whoever makes this, uses the cartoon images aswell, although................ it would be cool if you could maybe make an alternate set aswell??? not 100% complete (so u dont spend too much time on it), but just so i can see if i want to go the way every 2006 show has gone so far, or be different :blush2:

Dyaln, I made these menus up for Korea to match the covers I made for last summers shows:

i like those ones, so if you could modify them for donington that would be great

im thinking a red/orange/yellowy colour tho, instead of blue

if you could make a few variations, and i can pick which one i think looks best that would be cool

Well since we have a new game plan... it will be next week when I have the menus to you. I have some BCA covers to make and I was going to slide these in 1st, but now you have to wait! :blush2:

Here you go Dylan. Once I started out to recreate the stage banner, and then couldn't figure out how to make it orange or red, but regardless, I think they look good. I only made one blank that can be used for the song and audio selects. I couldn't see how to change it too much, as you can see I left the back ground the same for the both main menus and the credits. But because of how it is made, I don't think it should really be an issue.

any chance you could make the background image behind the blue more prominent tho??? the blue is a little over powering and i think it would look much cooler if there was more detail to it

maybe even try adding the newspare clippings and what not that u used on the covers, :blush2: but i would like to see what it looks like the first way

Correct size for PAL should be 720x576, shouldn't it?

Also, for the black album snake, it might look better if you open a vector and extract that one, it doesn't have those pixelated edges: http://brandsofthewo...brand_id=122648

Yes, I changed the resolution on my templates from 100 to 175 and didnt realize that it changed the size.

Thanks, I'm glad you like them, but No, I wont add the newspaper background to the menus. I'll brighten up the images I made with the brushes. But I'm not adding the newspaper clippings to the background. You didnt want those menus. You wanted something different, so that is what I made.
