Hello guys.
I'm looking for a dvd menu artwork for the TV shows Metallica played in November with Lou Reed. Specs are:

- 1 DVD
- Pal system
- Tracklist:

a) from Jools Holland November 8, 2011:
1. Iced Honey
2. Interview
3. The View
4. White Light/White Heat

b) from Taratata November 13, 2011:
1. The View
2. Interview
3. White Light/White Heat

c) from 1Live Radio November 11, 2011:
1. Iced Honey
2. The View
3. Mistress Dread
4. Interview
5. Dragon
6. Interview
7. Junior Dad
8. White Light/White Heat

d) from Che tempo che fa November 13, 2011:
1. Ice Honey
2. Interview
3. White Light/White Heat

I'd like to have one Main menu, four Chapter menus, one for each show. Also, a Bonus Menu would be required. I'd like the artwork to recall the album or the site loureedmetallica.com . Does it make sense to call it "LuLEurope", with the 2nd L merging together with the E for Europe?

The dvd is authored by Ktulu.
